nice facilities! clean gym. most staff are friendly. except some stuck up power trippers policing people. there’s this one short king that goes on his rounds every 10 minutes telling people that they can’t drink their electrolytes at the gym and that they can’t record their friends play. we get it bro; ur trying to get that $0.75 raise. relax

Incredible atmosphere, impressively equipped, spacious, and comfortable!

Machines are rarely broken or out of service, if they are it’s quickly addressed (or there are alternative options). It does get busy, but there’s always space for you to be successful.

Very happy to see people consistently utilizing this amazing facility.

Decent university gym, rowers have not been maintained in years hence why they don’t work. Definitely gives off a planet fitness hunk alarm aura.

It gets way too packed during the semester. The machines are either out of order or you’ll have to wait a while because someone’s else is always occupying the equipment I need. Also, most of the upstairs lockers are broken. You’re probably better off paying for a gym membership elsewhere

Easy access to I-45, well marked placards to find the parking garage. The parking garage has many E-Car charging stations, very eco friendly. Helpful people along the way, super friendly and knowledgeable. The conference rooms were clean and comfortable. Big green clean campus.

The wait music was unpleasant for sensory sensitive neurodivergent people (was supposed to be uplifting). Recommend a low sensory orientation for neurodivergent people or suggest noise cancelling headphones).

Information in transitions book could have included online platform, Blackboard/Moodle/D2L or what have you.

Snacks in the swag bag would have been nice as 8 a.m. meeting is early.

The rec center was great. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant encounter with a man named William Cornelius. Keep in mind this is my first time visiting the center. I entered a door that had a sign saying “entrance” and the door was UNLOCKED. I walked in and was waiting for a few friends to show up. A few minutes after waiting I have someone with an attitude coming up to me asking “How did you get in here?” I was super confused as this is my first time visiting and I entered a door that was unlocked. I explain how I got in and he brought me to the front. I truly believe his attitude towards the situation could’ve been better as I was at no fault. Anyways, the other workers were nice and when I asked if he was mad about something one of the employees explained he’s always like this. I don’t understand why someone works somewhere if they’re unhappy. He definitely needs to lighten up and change his mood.

Well-equipped, nice air conditioning. Gym staff were friendly and helpful and so were the usual folks when I was a student here. Just wished they did something about the people that don't re-rack weights.
