The service at soccer post is absolutely awesome. The staff is super knowledgeable about all the shoes and gear and helped my son pick a ball that would be the best for him. Thank you guys for your help and we love the store.

It seems like I'm not the only one having issues getting a full kit. My story is nearly the same as several other posted stories (here and at h the S Jordan location). Several months of chasing this company to get our order. Paying for shipping and then having to go into the store for pickup. Orders incomplete or incorrect. We had a similar issue last year, and were told the company was getting their own silkscreen machine to avoid delays and issues delivering on time. Now a year later, we can't get an item because that specific number was behind in production. If this was a one-time issue I wouldnt post a bad review, but this is several years with similar issues and excuses. The staff are generally as helpful as they can be in stores and on the phone. There's only so much an employee can do. It is a corporate/ownership issue. Don't take club uniform orders that you cannot fill. It's that simple. I don't know if it's greed, incompetence, or something else, but I know customers should not have to chase like this year after year. You need to have a refund process if you're going to operate your business like this.

This company has been disaster. I have nothing good to say about this company. We ordered out uniforms for our daughter June 28th and we still have not received them. Half the season is already over. Then I found out on December 20 they shipped the uniforms to the wrong place and now I have no idea were they are. Horrible customer service and no one at this company knows what is going on. 6 month later still no Uniforms. Stay away from this place.

I went into the store a couple of days ago to buy some cleats. I got excellent service and the cleat selection was good, especially after going to 3 stores prior. There was a manager there who was helping a customer, who seemed to be doing everything she could to get this lady her uniform. The girl working was super nice, and made it possible to get some pieces of her uniform same day, even though from what I heard the warehouse is somewhere far away.

My son's team got custom ordered shirts from Soccer Post and Michael was so helpful with arranging pick up for uniforms. He knows more about the team my son is on than we do! He was so helpful. I will tell every mom I know to come to see him for soccer gear!

Let me start by saying that I never leave reviews... however, I couldn't let my experience today at the Soccer Post in Pleasant Grove go without doing so. My daughter and I went there looking for some cleats for her. The first thing I noticed when we walked in, was not only were they extremely busy.. but the two employees that were working at the time, Makayla and Zach, were being pulled in every direction. They were so calm and seemed to be giving each customer (even one that was SUPER RUDE), the best customer service I have ever seen! I had worked in retail for 15 years (at Nordstrom btw..where you get the snoodiest customers of them all), and have never come across service like this. My daughter found some amazing copper and pink colored cleats. She wanted them so badly, but they didn't have her size in stock. I feel like Makayla could tell just how sad she was that she couldn't get them right then and there. Now my daughter is not spoiled by any means, but I have never seen her be so excited and so disappointed at the same time. I told her that we would try to find them online, but Makayla literally came down to her level and told her that she would get them for her (and have them delivered to our home) within the next couple days. She was so kind and caring. She treated her as if she was her little sister. All this, while I know the store is going through their busiest time of the year, trying to get orders for uniforms etc. ready for the start of soccer season. You would never know that they are under any sort of pressure or stress (which I know they must be) by the way these two were taking care of every customer that was there! I highly recommend shopping at this store, and if you do, I hope you're lucky enough to be helped by Makayla or Zach!

I was disappointed with this store. We came up from St George and were so excited to go to a store dedicated to soccer. They had a great Jersey Selection for Men. Minimal youth which is what we wanted. They answered the phone when I called which was nice. The main issue with this store is the lack of inventory. No youth goalie pants but when I called they said they had them. The bathrooms were also disgusting. Dried pee on the floor, the light didn’t work and the restrooms were there changing rooms. We told the to girls working and they just laughed. No intention of cleaning.
