I went yesterday to buy new ski boots. As usual, the place was crowded with plenty of employees willing to help. Alex was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time making sure I got the right fitting boots. They have tons of stuff in stock and their prices are good. I highly recommend Princeton Sports!

I've had multiple interactions with this business, whether buying a bike bell, bike (and trying it out in the parking lot), or renting skis for the season. Other times I dealt with this business was for bike repairs and maintenance. Having the Princeton van come to my house to install a cup holder from my old bike to my new bike was also great. I've had no bad experiences with this business and will truly miss this business.
It's a shame people took advantage of this place by trying on skis, snowboards, and boots, but ordering them from Amazon. This was the only business I knew of in the area that offered ski rentals.
I will once again miss this long-lasting family business, one of the original businesses off of Falls Road in the Bare Hills area.

Everyone makes mistakes. What really counts is how you respond to them. Princton Sports gets an A+ from me. We have been renting skiis fromnthem for a few years now without any issue. This year there was a mix up with my son's skis and they were so great about it. When I bought it to their attention they apologized, fixed it and reimbursed me. 100% recommend

Last year, I set a personal goal and rode over 1,000 miles. I love biking but am sometimes lazy about wiping down my bike after riding in the rain or mud. And I'm hard on my gears. This past winter, I brought my bike down to Princeton Sports for a much needed tune up. Mike did an amazing job! Gears are working better than ever! Rides are super smooth, and my bike looks great. I'm looking forward to more miles this season and wish everyone else happy riding too!

I've had great experiences with this shop over the past several months. They were able to repair and service my bike in one week when everyone else would have taken weeks or months. And I was able to purchase a bike for both my 7 y/o and wife. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I think we'll be lifetime customers at this point.

Really disappointed. I came in looking for Specialized Turbo Pro Tires (size 700x24c) and was horrified by the customer service and limited selection of women's sizes. They didn't bother to walk over to me to ask if I needed help; they just yelled from across the store. One man told me they had more tires in the back, which required me to move a ton of boxes in order to view them. He didn't even offer to help me; instead, he just watched. Never going back here, which is a shame because I've literally been coming here for gear ever since buying a bike in 2012. Pro tip: go to a real bike shop that actually cares about its customers.
