Don’t buy people gifts here. Needed to return a birthday gift due to size. I had proof of purchase and just wanted it on a gift card so I could shop around for something that fit. They refused to give me a gift card and blamed their system because I had a regular receipt and not a gift receipt. So the money went back to the person I received a gift from.

This Is a pretty new place. I came here just to look at replaceable dart tips, and enjoyed their selection of other products. I plan on coming here again in the future for stuff for my bike, and maybe even some clothes. They had great customer service, and I look forward to coming here again.

So not buy from this store. They sold me display shows that had obviously already been worn and tried on by god knows how many people. Then REFUSED to do a refund when they didn’t fit my son.

I found out today according to the guy in shoes, shoe manufacturers don't make half sizes bigger than 10 in shoes anymore...ok bud I'll go find those half sizes somewhere else.

Highly suggest if you are shopping for a bike to see Owen at this store. I was frustrated after the experience of trying to purchase a bike at a different location and by phone, he matched the price and had it ready for me to pick up made sure the bike had been inspected and paperwork ready to go when I got there. Excellent experience and highly recommend the customer service at this store!

We were looking for a bat for my son.. the website said there was one left. We got to the store and couldn’t find it. Mark came over to help us and was absolutely fantastic! He searched all the bats and found it mixed with the wrong ones. He went above and beyond. We appreciate the effort he put in to make this happen. Thanks Mark!!!
